Virtual Therapy in the Washington, DC Area
As a therapist and yoga teacher I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore life’s challenges. I believe that each of us has the innate capacity to heal and seek growth. My goal is to partner with you in exploring your challenges, processing current and past events, and finding the best way to navigate your life moving forward. I utilize somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga techniques and psychodynamic therapies in my work. Making meaning of our experiences and our lives is some of the most important work we can do.
I offer individual therapy for ages 16 and older and specialize in the following areas:
